# Manage Users

> Create and manage users who each have their own configurations

## Introduction

The Bot Buster Website Owner portal allows an unlimited number of users under one account based on the needs of the company without increases in cost. The first user created will always be an admin user and cannot be deleted. Additional admin users can be created by other admin users within the user settings.

### Creating Users

To create a user, click the New User button and fill in the First Name, Last Name, and Email required fields before saving.

***Additional User Settings*** Users can also choose to get email notifications when there are new alerts and they can also choose to get email notifications when there is a new chat message from a customer. Users can optionally add their team and phone number.

### Deleting Users

To delete users, select the checkbox of the user or users and press the delete button.

### Modifying Users

To access and then modify a user's settings, click on the pencil icon which is all the way to the right of each row.

### User Settings

All users can update their user settings by clicking on their email in the top right header of every page. Here they can add their team, name, phone number and elect to get email notifications of alerts.

### Password Reset

Users can reset their password by going to their user settings and pressing the Update Password button. This requires them to enter their old password along with their new one.

### Admin Capabilities

> Administrator users have special capabilities regular users do not. Read below!

Upon account creation, an admin user will be created on the platform. When additional users are created or modified, they can be given admin privileges. Only admin users can do the following:

* Set any user as the owner of submissions.
* Add, remove and manage other users. Only admins can see the users page.
* See the [audit logs](https://botbuster.io/docs/website-owner/AuditLogs.md) of all users. Non-admins will only see the audit logs of their user.
* View the [billing page](https://botbuster.io/docs/website-owner/billing.md).
* Add and remove other admins.
