# Premium Subscription

> Full portal functionality is available with a premium subscription

## Upgraded Capabilities

* Access to all dashboards
* Text notifications are available
* Tables on dashboards can be downloaded in CSV format
* Custom collections in the marketplace can be added to your Quick Check library

## Cost

The cost is \$20 a year.

## Subscription Length

The length of a subscription is 1 year.

## Renewal

A subscription is set to auto-renew by default but can be disabled at any time. If a premium subscription's auto-renewal is cancelled, the premium subscription will stay active until the date of renewal, when it will be automatically cancelled.

## Billing Dashboard

All functionality to purchase a premium subscription, monitor billing history and manage the subscription is handled in the Billing Dashboard.

### Premium Subscription Section

The Premium Subscription section shows the purchase and renewal dates, the account status, the auto-renewal status and the auto subscribe cancellation button. Use this section to manage your subscription.

### Billing History Section

In the Billing History section, you can see every time you were billed along with a date and amount.

*Bot Buster uses Helcim as our payment processor. Only Helcim holds customer payment details and information for added security.*
